EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Consumers within the European Union may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal button available on our website, our withdrawal form, or by notifying us by email within 14 days of delivery.
You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and standard outbound shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
Compensation for diminished value:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or other legally exempt goods.
